Derek Minor is back with new music to add to his already lengthy discography.
The Trap, is the eighth studio album from the Reflection Music Group CEO and features many heavy hitters in the CHH community as well as some up and comers. Aaron Cole is on multiple tracks including “Nothing to Something” which also features Propaganda. Then there’s “God Bless The Trap” which features both Tony Tillman
Though many will hear The Trap and write it off as the typical southern style of music we’ve grown accustom to, this couldn’t be further from the truth. What makes this project so special is the vivid imagery painted of the underserved communities that Minor is rapping about and hoping to impact.
The Trap features previously released songs “It Is What It Is” and “Decisions,” for which Minor released powerful visuals.
