Kanye West Announces He’s Moving Back to Chicago and Never Leaving Again

Chance the Rapper invited Kanye West to “Open Mic Chicago” tonight where he announced that he’s moving bak to Chicago for good!  The crowd of youth responded with screams and applause.  Is this real?  Only time will tell.  But, we don’t see Kanye backing out on the promise he made to this room full of kids.  What do you think?
