The Poets In Autumn Tour is Back For Spring 2017!

Poetry. Yes, poetry. Honest, raw, challenging, beautiful poetry. Maybe you think you aren’t into that kind of thing. Maybe that’s because you have not been exposed to the brilliant and powerful voices of Janette-IKZ, Ezekiel, Jackie Hill-Perry, and Preston Perry.

These talented poets, both individually and collectively, bring a series of performances on each PIA tour that combine intense critical thinking with lines so funny that your abs will think you’re doing crunches.

But these are no ordinary poets. They make the darkness of shame, fear, and doubt run when they expose them to the light. They make words sound like anthems and feel like swords. They make poetry, really great poetry. It’s worth the drive to Milwaukee. Don’t miss it.
